Psychology explained.

What do you see in the picture that is to the left? Do you see the face of a woman? see a bit more carefully you will see there are 2 horses and their legs are actually the eyes and eyebrow of the women. Did you find them?

Now let’s come to the second picture. What do you see here? Do you see pretty fashionable women? Look closer, is that all you can see? Few of you might have also seen a lady who seems to be in her 80’s or 90’s. If not let me guide you through that. The necklace of the young lady is the mouth of the old woman and her face line is the old women’s nose. Do you find her now?

These type of images are called ambiguous images, and it totally depends on the perspective of a person on what he sees first. So how is this perspective actually formed?

It’s rightly said, “ Where we stand depends on where we sit”. We build our perspective in the way we look at our society and surroundings, they influence us, they shape us. As everyone is not born and brought up in the same surrounding conditions, and everything has a secret impact on us that you may not know, we get a perspective different or a clash. This perspective intern becomes a pillar of our attitudes and behaviors. And hence the below figure makes sense, isn’t it?

Now we know there are different perspectives of different people, and we also know that we might not be aware of all the perspectives possible. So in teamwork, before you claim someone wrong look through their perspective as in maybe ask them to elaborate on their points and then come to a collaborative decision. This way quality work comes out without any dispute.

Tschuss.
